I did the Pension Terms course because my Australian super statements were full of language I just could not parse. The two sessions were well-paced and Nuttira was excellent at using my actual statements as examples. The glossary booklet is something I refer to every time a new statement arrives. My one comment is that I would have liked a third session, but overall I got a lot out of it.

UK Expat, Multiple Pension Providers
A 67-year-old retired teacher had worked for four different employers over 35 years. Statements arrived from three pension providers plus a government scheme and she could not reconcile any of them or work out what she was entitled to read versus act on.
Pensara ran a Checklist Session to sort all documents by provider and type. A second session then worked through the Pension Terms course so she could read each provider's statements independently. Both sessions delivered written outputs she took home.
Within three weeks she had a labelled folder for each provider, a glossary that helped her read each annual statement, and a clear understanding of which documents needed attention annually versus those she simply needed to file. She described it as "finally being able to see what I actually have."
Thai Family, Ageing Parent Records
An adult daughter was taking on more responsibility for her 80-year-old father's affairs. Records were spread between paper folders, an old drawer, and photographs on her phone. Two siblings in other provinces also needed to be able to step in.
The Long-Term Records Management Programme was carried out over four weeks, with two sessions at the family home. Pensara built a bilingual filing system for government benefit, land title, and provident fund records, with each folder clearly labelled in both Thai and English.
The programme produced a complete Family Handover Guide in both languages. Within a month, both siblings had reviewed it and confirmed they could navigate the system. The daughter described the guide as "the first time we have ever all understood what Dad has, together."
Australian Couple, Pre-Retirement Planning
A couple in their early 60s were approaching retirement and wanted to organise before they stopped working, not after. They had superannuation accounts, a rental property document file, and insurance records that had never been properly sorted.
